1. VALENTINHOTELS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions contain some exclusions and limitations of liability. If any part of the conditions proves to be not valid or unenforceable, the rest of the conditions will remain valid. The invalid or unenforceable condition will be deemed as supplanted by an enforceable and valid form conveying the same meaning. Any dispute will be governed by the law and jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

Your booking on this website is conditional on you accepting the terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not proceed with your booking. By completing your booking you accept that you have read, understood and accepted the terms. If there is any part that you do not fully understand, or if you have a query on the product, please contact Valentinhotels.

On submitting your reservation for a product on this website, Valentinhotels will confirm your reservation by email and the confirmation should be presented to the hotel on arrival. Valentinhotels will not have any contract with you for the supply of any product at the price offered until your booking is confirmed. (See PAYMENT section below). 2. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Hotelopia reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice and you agree that your continued use of this site will be conditional upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.

3. HOW TO BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATION?

Simply complete the details in the booking section of this website. Please be adviced that the person who completes the web booking form must have the authority to do so on behalf of all the other travellers in the group, confirms that the people named on it accept the booking conditions, and is responsible for the full cost of the accommodation, including any cancellation or amendment charges. He/she will inform other members of the party of confirmation details and any other appropriate information.

4. AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY

You warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity to use the website of Valentinhotels and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of use of this site.

You warrant that all personal information submitted during accommodation bookings and membership registration is correct. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.

Your booking will be guaranteed by your credit card details. Your credit card will not be charged when finalizing the booking process. Credit card details are encrypted by a secure payment system endorsed by some of the world's leading banks.

This technically secure environment ensures that credit card details cannot be intercepted and are not revealed to anyone.

8. BOOKING CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION

You may cancel your booking at any time. Cancellations that are made 24h before arrival are free of charge. In all other cases the first night will be charged to your credit card. Changes of reservations are free of charge, but are subject to availability. If the same rate is not available additional charges may occur.

9. BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Valentinhotels is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to any particular destination. The British Foreign and Commonwealth Office helps travellers stay safe overseas. Check the FCO website at www.fco.gov.uk/knowbeforeyougo for latest advice on conditions in and general information concerning specific countries. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the relevant visa for the country you are visiting, plus any inoculations required.

10. INSURANCE

You are strongly advised to travel with adequate travel insurance, as the cost of medical expenses overseas can be very high if you suffer an accident or illness.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Force majeure shall include (but is not limited to) government intervention, war or threat of war, civil commotion, fire, flood, earthquake, accident, storm, terrorist attack or industrial action affecting Valentinhotels or its suppliers. Valentinhotels and its affiliates are not liable for any refunds in the event of force majeure or any other cause beyond their control.

12. COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint you must tell the accommodation reception/management immediately to enable them to take action to rectify the situation. Valentinhotels cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by the acts, omissions or negligence of any third party supplier.

13. DISCLAIMER

The information on this site is posted in good faith but Valentinhotels cannot guarantee that it is completely free from inaccuracies and typographical errors and does not accept liability for any error or omission on this site.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Valentinhotels, its affiliates and suppliers and any of their respective employees and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, fines, damages or any other legitimate costs or expenses including but not limited to legal and accounting fees brought by you or your agents in excess of the liability outlined above, or by third parties as a result of your breach of this agreement or contravention of any laws or rights of a third party, or your use of this website.
